I cannot express my sorrow in words- I've been
a fan of John's website for years and years (what
7 or 8 years now, ever since it was a link from
Bashful Monkey's website). I corresponded with John off and on over the years, found him and myself to be like-minded individuals with similar
backgrounds. Desperado's page was my second on-line viewing every morning without fail, after
and simultaneous with my online newspaper.
John made the world a better place by his contributions to both his community and his world-wide internet community as well.
Goodbye John- I never met you in person (wish I had) but I feel like I've lost a friend.
My heartfelt condolences to John's family.

John was a great guy who enjoyed life and was passionate in the things he cared about. On Hearing of his passing I spend a few moments just to be thankful of all the times he helped me out answering trival things and tracking down a pic here and there. He didn't know me, but he took the time to help me out. That speaks volumes about who john was. He will be missed.

well... im totaly shocked... john was a good friend iv known him many years i am very saddened to hear this news john was always kind to me and ilmiss him greatly, i havent spoken to john in years since i left the scene but my memories are of a kind warm polite man who was always willing to help rest in peace john my prayers are with you and ur family tonight.
